FUNCTION/POSITION OVERVIEW This Sr. L&D Professional will be responsible for development and delivery of L&D programs for Supply Chain (SC) Transformation initiatives, specifically for Manufacturing and Engineering Learning needs. This role will partner with SCL&D Managers to design, develop and deliver learning programs for multiple audiences. This role will have accountability to partner with internal SMEs and external partners in creating learning experiences for our NA Manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for creating, curating, uploading content as needed for different learning experiences (ex. virtual/classroom, on demand, micro learning, webinars, simulations, action learning). This role will have the responsibility for monitoring, tracking, and improving L&D processes for all these programs and activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Independently Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning programs/content for SC Manufacturing & Engineering under the direction of SC Transformations Manager Partner with SMEs to create and deliver learning experiences using appropriate methodologies, including ILT, VILT, simulations, elearning, case studies, Communities of practice, Action Learning etc. Host communities of practice, monitor coaching/ mentoring programs Follow and maintain standards for branding guidelines, user feedback generation, collaboration with external content developers, and governance of overall content for critical SC transformations and skill development needs MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required. 6+ years of Learning & Development experience. Proven expertise in using multiple content authoring tools Articulate, Captivate, Rise, Camtasia etc. developing multimedia solutions suitable for operations team, Manufacturing audience. Should have demonstrated expertise in creating content through multiple platforms for Production floor training needs Proven expertise in using cornerstone LMS, minimum awareness of Learning Experience platforms, micro learning and mobile learning approaches. Experience in development and delivery of virtual/ in-person learning sessions, develop and launch communities of practice, coaching practices, micro and mobile learning is required. Experience in content curation methodologies, practice in using tools/processes for knowledge management (share points) is required.
