We are looking for someone to join our team to manage all operations out of business hours from Friday night to Monday morning each week, and all day on bank holidays.

The role will involve actively working from Friday at 6pm to 9pm. After 9pm and until 8am on Saturday morning, the role will move to being on call, where the job holder is able to do whatever they choose as long as the phone is answered if it rings. Saturday 8am to 8pm this will again be an active role, where the job holder will have tasks to complete during the day on the laptop. At 8pm Saturday night to 8am Sunday morning, the job holder will be on call again, and Sunday 8am to 8pm they will be actively working. Sunday night 8pm to 7am will again be on call, and the final active working shift will be 7am to 9am on Monday morning.

During the active working hours tasks will include checking in workers, dealing with enquiries from candidates and clients, updating the software, filling bookings, and ad hoc admin tasks. Full training will be provided, and this will be in our office in Central London so you must be prepared to come to London for at least 3 days before commencing - ideally 21st to 23rd September. Laptop and phone will be provided by the company.

As the role holder will be the sole representative of the company at weekends, the role holder will have to have excellent communication and customer service skills. They will also have to be very well organised and computer literate as they will have to navigate the company software and ensure all information is correctly entered. This role may suit someone who is studying and able to sleep in the day, or someone with previous experience as a night manager in a hotel/hospitality business. Team leader, staff booker, customer service, company operations experience will be advantageous.
