High School education or equivalent required. Good listening, written and verbal communication skills Exceptional sales ability related to outbound sales; must be able to effectively motivate customers to purchase products and/or services. PC literate with knowledge on Internet usage and 35 words per minute typing is essential Ability to maintain consistent work ethic and be resilient in a fast-paced environment Prior call center experience strongly preferred Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and time management Ability to participate and function in a Team oriented environment. Highly motivated, dependable, energetic and positive individuals Flexibility in schedule to support the business during peak season Applicant must successfully pass pre-hire skills assessment, training and meet all performance expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact customer by outbound calls using a prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service and upselling customers on new/additional services and products when applicable Provide customers with appropriate product and service information and complete all follow up to close sale and drive resolution. Ability to move the customer past the point of browsing to engaging/closing a sale Ability to manage multiple systems effectively and efficiently, including predictive dialer, order entry and customer service systems. Handle orders and issues and update appropriate changes into system of record for complete resolution as required Identify and escalate issues, feedback and trends to appropriate resource/department Expected to meet or exceed performance standards for each campaign. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer orders, account and company information always. Communicate verbally and in writing in an engaging manner that promotes dialogue and establishes rapport Maintain empathy for the customer's situation while providing world class service that cultivates and develops high level relationships Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while handling highly emotional escalations Ability to walk the customer through the process and provide them with understanding along with a positive experience that will help establish a lifetime customer relationship Participate in activities and demonstrate behaviors to team members to ensure alignment with Company principles and department strategies. In addition, the associate is expected to meet all company's goals and metrics

The COM Specialist will report to the COM Team Supervisor. The Specialist will work to deliver Excellence Plus service to all customers. "To help our customers express themselves and connect with the important people in their lives"
The COM Specialist will be responsible for the effective and professional handling of all customer interactions via outgoing sales call to offer products at regular and special prices to increase sales volume. The role serves customers by providing sales, product and service information via processing incoming or outbound phone calls while meeting company expectations to generate added sales revenue. This position also addresses and offer possible solutions to resolve product and service issues fairly and equitably to all parties. In doing so one must possess an appreciation for serving and meeting each customer need by using their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with sales, inquiries, complaints, or problems.
