 Our client, a highly lauded, award winning full service agency is searching for a talented Paid Social Manager to join their team. Due to multiple recent new business wins the team is growing and it’s a great time to come onboard to work across a variety of high profile accounts at the agency. Candidates MUST have hands on experience with Paid Social across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram YouTube and Pinterest. In this role, you will develop strategy, build, launch, report on paid social media campaigns and have client facing responsibilities, while overseeing the work of junior team members. The agency represents a progressive office culture with many unique benefits. While the agency has offices across the US, this employee can work in office, or remotely from anywhere in the US!

Required experience

  • 2- 5+ years of experience in paid social media buying and planning at a media agency including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge to be fit as a paid social marketing expert
  • Deep understanding of advanced integrated media strategy and concepts
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of broad business strategy including acquisition and direct response
  • Track record of consistently produced results against hard KPIs from both planning and buying perspectives
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities that have benefited larger teams
  • Deep understanding of tactical execution in other media disciplines and how they may affect Paid Social Campaigns
  • Capacity to manage complex projects that require multiple team members working cooperatively
  • Experience interacting with vendors and clients.
