Roles & Responsibilities

The daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from and making outbound calls to students, parents, and customers while efficiently operating multiple computer programs and offering first class customer service.

We Offer

* Starting pay at $15.77*; Associates Degree - $16.27*; Bachelor's Degree - $16.77* (*includes benefits)
* Set Schedules Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
* Bi-lingual $1.00 pay differential
* 13 Paid Holidays, 2 weeks Vacation, and 7 days Sick Leave

Requirements

* Ability to learn quickly through continuous Comprehensive Training
* Multi-tasking skills including time management
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Superior customer service skills
* Degree or Veterans preferred but not required
* Ability to work 1-2 evening shifts (until 8:30PM) per week (Mon - Thurs)
* Must not currently be in default on student loans
* Must pass a Federal Clearance background check
* Experience with MS Office
