BAE Systems, Inc. is searching for a Manager of Identity Services. This is a highly visible leadership role, interacting with management and senior-level customer representatives. The leadership role will manage a team of product owners and experienced engineers that are responsible for day-to-day operations of Identity Services. Provide strategic leadership on large cross-functional initiatives and actively champion the adoption of Identity Services tools and solutions across the enterprise. This position will be in a fast-paced environment where you will be handling multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills and Education

Must be US Citizen.

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' experience in identity services technologies.

Strong foundation of Identity Services, including identity administration and governance, privileged access management, public key infrastructure, and federation services.

3+ years of experience translating business processes into effective audit\compliance controls within the Identity Services tools.

Excellent collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across the enterprise, driving transformation necessary to achieve a robust Identity Service.

Extensive experience in identity administration and governance tools such as Micro Focus Identity Applications or similar product.

Extensive experience in privileged access management tools such as CyberArk or similar product.

Extensive experience in federation service tools such as PingFederate or similar product.

Extensive experience in web access management tools such as PingAccess or similar product

Preferred Skills and Education

Graduate degree 8+ years' experience in identity services technologies

3+ years of experience in Agile product management
