Remote Digital Marketing Manager
We are a family-owned company and have been for THREE generations! We are searching for a Remote Digital Marketing wizard to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team. This person will take on the responsibility of generating a successful marketing strategy. This is a new position and department within our organization. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-sufficient.

Responsibilities:
Generate a successful marketing strategy: including campaign development, user acquisition, digital advertising, content marketing, retention strategy, SEO, and optimization.
Co-manage a team of 4 in the marketing dept.
Adding a GMB (Google My Business) location everywhere, setting up Angie's List, Yelp, other online review platforms in the home-services space.
Managing the reviews and creating the advertising campaigns.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with Email Optimization Manager to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Successfully drive the correct traffic to scale the services we offer quickly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role
Amazon seller experience strongly preferred
Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal, and multi-media
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies, and best practices
Demonstrated experience defining and adjusting digital marketing plans and/or strategies based on analytic results
Proficiency in Google Analytics required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
Proficiency with different social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B brands via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn is a plus
Highly motivated and can work independently, detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
Team player; ability to work well and be flexible within the marketing team and other departments
Creative problem solver, passionate about winning and achieving results
