Job Duties Schedule Field Partners and In-house technicians in an efficient manner that meets established response times. Provide clear and concise directions on all work orders. Ensure emergency requests are addressed in order to meet SLA requirements. Ensure all service requests are responded to within the region in a timely manner. Coordinate as needed with Contract PM, Service Superintendent, and Regional Service Leader. Monitor ETAs and supply timeframe to clients. Work with procurement to ensure delivery of equipment or materials are available to complete work orders. NTE requested at time of service. Monitor costs and labor incurred for each service ticket to ensure GPM is met for department. Assist with or escalate questionable workmanship on dispatch approvals for region. See that all service tickets are closed in a timely manner and data maintained in department software. Work with estimating team for unit pricing bids (qwik bids). Review and approve Field Partner invoices with support of regional team after reviewing photo's of work performed. Review work order and prepare necessary information for approval by Regional Service Leader and processing by Service Invoice Coordinator. Manage small contract jobs from beginning to end of project. Split invoices where needed to bill multiple parties. Warranty repair management and notification to Operations Management team. Assist in resolving claims issues. Working with Customer Service Coordinator to resolve customer disputes. Support collections team in resolving client disputes. Complete StarCare records. Ad hoc responsibilities as needed. Exudes honesty, transparency, quality, safety, and customer service.
5+ years' experience in commercial roofing. Understanding of commercial roofing systems and repair techniques in order to problem solving and resolve issues. Strong computer and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and multi-task abilities. Ability to lead and motivate team members.
