Never content with "good enough," you also need the perseverance to constantly enhance, track performance and improve your product in a highly matrixed environment.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.As the Technical Product Owner - Retrospective Risk within Optum Insight's Product Management group, your responsibilities would include:Primary Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end product development under the Risk Services product portfolio encompassing medical record manager and clinical review platform for the Medicare Advantage and Affordable Care Act risk adjustment administration Elicit business requirements from stakeholders; document business requirements; identify problems that need to be solved; understand stakeholder pain points, what keeps them up at night, and any roadblocks to growth Write process flows, swim lane diagrams and solution context documents Work with User Experience team to do wireframes/mockups Provide Product Requirements and influence Product Roadmaps, author features / master features Work with systems analysts to define solutions Represent Business to Development teams, Groom Product backlog, Prioritize Requirements, Create User stories with acceptance criteria, Participate in daily scrum work and maximize Product value, participate in sprint / PI planning, give demo to stakeholders in stage environment, UAT Data work: Define file layouts; understand upstream/downstream impacts to data flow Training: Do training sessions with end users (via WebEx); work with Documentation team to write task-based training guides Understand data privacy and government regulations Work collaboratively and influence others; achieve goals in a matrix environment You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of Healthcare related business analysis 5+ years of product development experience 3+ years of experience in Agile software development approach 3+ years of Experience writing Features, User Stories, Requirements, Testing and Collaborating with Development/Engineering teams 5+ years of Experience with healthcare data including Claims, Codesets, Eligibility and related domains 3+ years of experience with a solid understanding of the Healthcare retrospective risk adjustment frameworks Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree Certified Scrum Product Owner or Professional Scrum Product Owner certification SAFE Certification Careers with Optum.
