Broadridge is growing! We are looking for our next Sr Technical Specialist, Endpoint Security to work remotely on contract basis, initially. Reporting to the Head of Security Engineering within the Broadridge Information Security Group, you will be responsible for the planning, building, delivery, and support of the End Point Security program. You will be working in collaboration with all disciplines across the information technology groups, as well as business units, in providing guidance and developing plans for the integration of information security requirements into solutions provided in End Point Security. This is a potential right to hire opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services to provide a strong EndPoint Security program
  • Identifies the broader impact of current decisions related to user access, data access and information security
  • Define information security requirements for business applications leveraging a risk-based approach and interfacing with business functions
  • Expert understanding of web security standards, architecture, web security best practices and application security best practices
  • Extensive knowledge in the implementation of End Point security concepts, prevention and monitoring controls
  • Ability to lead and manage a team independently

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Works well with teammates locally and at remote offices; shares knowledge and is seen as someone to go to for help; contributes in weekly peer meetings.
  • Clear and accurate in verbal and written communication; listens to peers and supported employees; follows directions and provides useful feedback
  • Knowledge of agile development techniques and secure software development life cycle.
  • Can translate security-related matters into business terms that are clear and understandable to executives
  • Able to work with program management and procurement to ensure financial and delivery commitments are maintained
  • Thinks outside the box when designing systems and solutions
  • Can think strategically and incorporate business needs into technical roadmaps
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Experience with administrating authentication technologies
  • Familiarity experience managing AntiMalware solutions, data lost prevention, EDR, access management, and end point visibility technologies

Qualifications:
  • Must have fundamental knowledge and working experiences in the area of information security
  • Must have hands-on experience in support of end point security technologies in the areas of AntiMalware, data protection, and detective controls with end point devices (i.e. desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc)
  • In depth experience in the deployment of EDR
  • Proficient in architecting and managing End Point security solutions
  • A depth passion for security
  • Must be a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to succeed in a large global company with sophisticated technical environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to resolve sophisticated system problems.
