Sr. Sales Commission Analyst

DJO’s Foot & Ankle division is looking for a Sr. Analyst to own all things commissions operations. This individual will bring energy and a willingness to learn to our dynamic and fast-growing business. They will be critical in supporting our sales organization with timely and accurate commission payments, helping to remove distractions and enable further growth. They will work hand-in-hand with our sales support, finance, analytics, and sales organizations to build and document processes, analyze data, solve queries, communicate insights, and bring continuous improvement to the function. They will also support development and execution of sales compensation planning. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join an exciting industry in a critical function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Foot & Ankle Sales Incentive Plan including, but not limited to, the timely distribution of plans, administration of Sales Incentive tool(s), distributor onboarding/terminations, commission data validation and ad-hoc sales support
  • Work with sales onboarding team to ensure commissions and bonuses are setup properly in any systems and / or processes
  • Understand, plan, design and execute calculations on all types of compensation plans to ensure accurate and timely reporting and payments are done on a regional basis.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to provide insights on key performance indicators such as pipeline growth, opportunity conversion, win/loss rates, quota allocation and attainment, territory alignment, and customer renewals.
  • Calculating, and processing sales commissions payments (monthly/quarterly) for business unit
  • Researching commission and other sales incentive discrepancies
  • Works with accounting to ensure commissions are paid accurately and timely
  • Develops / documents / improves sales incentive processes to drive alignment across all Foot & Ankle brands
  • Ensures systems are updated with accurate information and develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for sales representatives, including, but not limited to automated tools such as ROI calculators and the ability for representatives to track commissions and bonuses real-time
  • Aligns with leadership on definition and communication of SLA’s
  • Review and resolve commissions inquiries from the field sales team
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Required Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years financial analysis, sales ops, or sales compensation experience
  • Experience administering Sales Incentive plans
  • Microsoft office skills with demonstrated strength in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience of complex financial modeling
  • Commissions administration experience
  • Development/Maintenance of Sales Performance Management tools
  • Location is Dallas or other locations in Texas
