POSITION OVERVIEW:

dormakaba is seeking a “customer first” focused Talent Acquisition Partner for our organization!

This position is responsible for supporting the business by delivering full life cycle recruiting services that enable the organization to reach its full potential by getting the right people in the right place at the right time. The Talent Acquisition Partner contributes to this mission by leveraging their expertise to attract and source top talent to satisfy current and future business needs. This position is heavily focused on the consultative side of talent acquisition and will partner heavily with our internal HR community and hiring managers to fill professional, technical and sales roles with top talent (internal and external) and is a strong relationship builder.

PRIMARY DUTIES :

  • Develops, evolves and uses effective and high impact recruiting strategies, tactics and resources to attract top talent using a variety of tools and resources: job boards (indeed, Linkedin, niche job sites, Facebook, university and alumni sites), internal and external networks, passive candidate searches etc. to build and elevate our talent
  • Builds, develops, and promotes dormakaba’s Employer Brand through partnership and collaboration with Marketing, our internal HR community, employees, and leadership as well as external channels
  • Proactively partners with internal client group to maintain a deep understanding of current and future talent needs to ensure focus and efforts are in alignment with priority and business needs
  • Contributes to the development, evolution and deployment of Talent Acquisition strategies, tactics, processes, procedures, materials, etc. to meet current and future talent needs
  • Continually evaluates, and evolves our recruiting processes, procedures, partners, tools, forms, materials to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition efforts for the full life cycle
  • Process owner for requisition portfolio from start to finish ensuring adherence to established Talent Acquisition processes, business and approval requirements, forms, workflows, communications, documentation, etc
  • Prepares, generate and distribute daily reports and order acknowledgments to appropriate personnel as necessary
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary
  •   REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years in a Talent Acquisition Partner or a Human Resources Business Partner with heavy recruiting experience
  • Experience using a variety of talent attraction methods and tools: job boards, social media, open web sourcing, career fairs and campus recruitment, etc
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment
