Job Description


BSN SPORTS is hiring a Territory Manager to join our team Remotely and serve on the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Answer all forms of customer communication including phone calls, emails and chats.
  • Creating quotations for customers, processing orders and updating customer database.
  • Upselling customers on new products and products that complement their current purchase/quote
  • Recognize leads for future sales to pass along to Sales Professionals and Sales Management
  • Work on special projects including but not limited to outbound calling campaigns.
  • Resolves complex problems effectively by separating key issues and generating multiple solutions.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 years Inside Outbound Telesales/Customer Service experience required.
  • Have a willingness and desire to serve customers.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Promotional Opportunities :
    After initial period of 6 - 12 months, successful performance may lead to inside sales positions in various departments throughout BSN Sports.
