With over 15 years of experience in mortgage lending, we are looking for an experienced Remote DE Underwriter to help expand our underwriting potential. Almost all of our management team has been promoted within, as we cultivate and grow talent for the future. We are very excited about our amazing growth and excited to keep it moving forward!
What You Will Be Doing
- Assess a range of conventional and government loans (VA/FHA/USDA)
- Review and analyze the mortgage loan application to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Work with internal teams and external partners to find solutions on loans in a timely manner
- Provides final approval underwriting of mortgage loans
- Effectively communicate underwriting decisions with processors and advisors
- At least 3 years of wholesale or Retail experience
- LAPP
- SAR
- DE
- Encompass
- 105k-115k DOE
