PHP Developer - up to £60k - Langley or fully remote

Who are they?

This organisation sits at the heart of UK's businesses and work to simplify their critical and operational tasks by offering an integrated and automated customer focussed accountancy software.

They have gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years and due to some new legislation being brought in to streamline and simplify digital tax filing now have a number of positions available working on brand new projects and features across the PHP development, QA, C# development, and C++ teams.

What's the opportunity?

They are looking for multiple PHP developers to help deliver their high quality and complex SaaS solutions. You would be working on one of their cloud based applications building the next generation of the application getting involved in code development and analysis, test and implementation as well as deployment and then finally maintenance.

What can they offer you?

This opportunity would offer a developer with a few years of PHP experience the chance to gain further exposure to PHP as well as Javascript and C# and get involved in continuous improvement and integration responsibilities.

What do they want from you?

Essential:

A couple of years PHP development experience

WAMP/LAMP stack (Linux, Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

Agile ways of working

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

Javascript

DevOps ways of working (experience using Azure DevOps would get you extra brownie points!)

Although not 100% necessary, the ideal candidate would possess solid PHP experience as well as Javascript, MySQL, and BDD and TDD exposure.

Due to the remote working options and bonus, I expect this opportunity to be extremely popular so please apply and/or message me directly as soon as possible if you're interested!
