Since then, we've grown to a team of 50+ full-time employees, with an office headquarters in TriBeCa, New York City.We are fortunate to be backed by an incredible group of investors and are looking for more talented and mission-driven individuals to join our team.About the roleWe are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join the Travel Partners team at Fora. You will be one of the first hires in Fora's newly-minted Travel Partners team, which is responsible for expanding our network and managing relationships of hundreds of travel partners globally. This is a key strategic function that centralizes and solves some of the company's most pressing issues and opportunities through three activities: Contracting, Implementation, and Strategic Partnerships. This will be a high-impact and high-visibility role that will help move the needle on generating revenue for the company. ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipsData reporting to our partners to show performance and trendsIdentify high-value potential partners and any areas of opportunity to nurture relationships with themStand up a streamlined operational workflow for onboarding new partners, collaborating with our finance and product operations team to insure a smooth experience for the partner and our teamWork closely with the training and marketing teams to ensure strategic partners are given exposure to our advisorsEfficiently manage a JIRA / Asana board of the partnerships pipeline ContractingExpansion of our travel partners network via direct contracting Ensure that contracts are signed and the necessary follow-ups are madeMonitor key performance indicators related to collections and financial value of partnerships, and draw actionable insights based on performanceIdentification of delinquent commission-paying partners and analysis of payment efficiencyWork closely with the finance team in monthly statement reporting and all necessary collections effortsImplementationPlatform connectivity: ensure our partners are showing up correctly with all necessary booking instructions in our booking platformCollaborate with product and engineering teams to iterate on new product features that would best serve our partners and advisorsEnsure advisors attempting to book with new partners adhere to the correct onboarding process, and proactively identify / remedy any points of confusionYou will report to and act as an extension of the Team Lead, using good judgment to efficiently move partners down the sales / collections funnel.About You1-4 years overall experience, and at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in a data-intensive role (such as an analyst or operations role) High degree of fluency with Excel or Google Sheets, and are comfortable manipulating data Familiarity and ease with BI platforms (e.g. Metabase) and CRM platforms like HubspotKnowledge of SQL, AppScript and Looker Studio is a plus, but not requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills - you can craft diplomatic emails and have the ability to speak effectively across all levels of business, both internally and externallyYou are organized, meticulous and have strong attention to detailYou think and act like an entrepreneur - you'll be seeking to make an impact, have an opinion, and constantly looking for ways to improve and contributeGreat at relationship-building, online and offline: you will be expected to attend partner events when the opportunity arisesStrongly preferred: experience in a high-growth startup, and/or travel industry experienceCompensation$70-90k + equity, commensurate with experienceNote: Applications without cover letters will not be consideredBenefits & PerksThis role is full-time, based in New York City with a hybrid WFH & office schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are generally our in-office days) .
