Job Description

As part of a new team working in a fast-paced environment, this position will perform a variety of accounting administration tasks in support of our engagement teams.

  • Team members will prepare schedules, workpapers, and other documentation in connection with the preparation of trust, estate, gift, partnership, and corporate returns for the firms affordable housing and other divisions while using ProFx tax software and Engagement software.
  • Team members will also prepare schedules to assist in preparation on nonprofit informational filing while using ProFx tax software.
Qualifications

A successful candidate would encompass the following:
  • Detailed-oriented, numbers-focused and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products is required, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration or AS degree in Accounting is preferred
  • Experience working in a paperless environment strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Team player who is a quick learner with a positive "can-do" approach to work
