Become part of our IU international team with immediate effect / by arrangement in full-time at one of our locations in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg or remote (Germany-wide) as Senior Sales Operations Manager International (m/f/d).

Your tasks

As a Sales Operations Manager you are responsible for the continuous improvements of our sales processes for the mature markets (Europe and North America)

You identify measures for optimizing processes in our sales channels phone, live chat, whatsapp and email by analysing key KPIs and through exchange with major stakeholders

You create reports and analysis to support sales steering and identify optimisation levers

You assess the business impact of high effort measures through business cases, prioritise measures and steer implementation in our CRM systems independently

You design tests to assess the impact of measures to support prioritization for implementation

You define key requirements for our CRM systems, create documentation in tickets and are the counterpart for IT during implementation

You work closely with the sales team lead to ensure that the sales team is enabled to implement optimisation levers

Dein Profil

You have successfully completed studies in Business, Economics, IT or a comparable field

You have at least 3 years relevant working experience in Operations and Process Optimisation, ideally in a sales context or similar position

You have an analytical mind, enjoy working with numbers and are experienced with data analysis and process optimisation

You ideally are familiar with PowerBI and have experience independently building dashboards

You ideally are familiar with Salesforce and Contact Center Software

Your written and spoken English is business fluent.

You have a hands-on mentality to independently identify and overcome challenges.

You enjoy working across units and to think customer-centric.

You enjoy working in fast-pace environments and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

A high degree of reliability and diligence are important to you.
