UX Architect - Remote Opportunity

You should be comfortable performing these tasks or having these skills

  • Understand and demonstrate knowledge of the design thinking processes
  • Be able to conduct user research through a number of different methodologies, both in person and remote
  • Understand how to transform research into insights and recommendations
  • Identify problems, uncover the root cause, and create solutions for our customers to help their users have exceptional experiences
  • Understand atomic design principles and how that works in enterprise-level projects 
  • Understand/desire to learn ADA compliance, usability/heuristics evaluations
  • Create detailed, annotated wireframes
  • Design thoughtful solutions that help users instead of frustrate them
  • Use UI, component toolkits and libraries to create solutions
  • Understand competitive research and benchmarking
  • Create empathy maps, personas journey maps and site maps
  • Have a desire to continually learn new skills and adapt to an ever-changing industry
  • Understand content audit, evaluation and mapping
  • Be a voice for usability and accessibility at HLK and in the community

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience 
  • Have strong presentation skills
