Senior Financial Analyst - 75% remote!

High growth, privately held company located in the Phoenix metro area is looking for a financial analyst to join their growing finance and accounting organization. This role will be responsible for managing internal financial reporting, financial analysis, and some general ledger accounting functions at the same time. At month end, you will be responsible for routine journal entries and assisting with the close. This position will offer significant work from home flexibility, but the candidate will need to be based in Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
• Analyze and provide commentary on variances
• General ledger accounting, including AP, AR, and Payroll entries
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
• Financial modeling for future acquisitions
• Systems and tools integration work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years' of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and additional ERP/analysis systems
