Jones Stephens is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an eBusiness Coordinator. If you are a professional, career-minded individual who is committed to great customer service, this is the position for you!

This position is located in Moody, AL, and will have a hybrid or remote work option.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration and support of the product information management process to include the importation, delivery, and support of all product content.
  • Monitor and report on key data measurements, data issue resolution, and synchronizing content between PIM platform and various content resources
  • Ensure clear understanding of the PIM application, supporting infrastructure and systems integration with ERP & B2B portal
  • Experience with managing data for B2B & B2C portal/website
  • Provide application troubleshooting, monitoring and problem resolution to all internal and external contacts
  • Identify and report to the leadership team opportunities to leverage the PIM application to improve business processes, data governance and support efficiency efforts cross-functionally across the business
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and teams to complete and migrate the required product data, technical data, marketing data and digital assets into PIM
  • Advanced understanding of business processes, standards and practices around product data.
  • Knowledge of data workflow and content management
  • Perform system administration of PIM including enabling/disabling users, assigning/creating/maintaining security roles, supporting and training business users, working with software vendor to resolve reported issues, and monitoring system performance
  • Drive data integrity through data governance, change management, data ownership, and quality assurance
  • Lead data-oriented projects from planning to go-live
  • Implement automated workflow to collect PIM data
Job Requirements:
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience will be considered. A successful eBusiness Coordinator will possess the following:
  • PIM Data Software experience required, preferably Salsify software
  • At least 1-3 full cycle implementation of PIM systems
  • Experience with data modeling, parent/variant data management
  • Experience working with a manufacturer with a large number of SKUs
  • Project management experience ideally in web-based projects (eCommerce)
  • Familiarity with ERP - preferably E21
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent organizational skills is a must
