Overview

Parker + Lynch National Search Delivery is seeking to add a Search Consultant to join it's growing National Search Delivery practice. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work as a part of a direct-hire focused Delivery start-up backed by our parent, a Fortune Global 500 company and one of the largest human capital firms in the world.

Using a variety of digital tools, you'll assist in delivering the best professional talent available to our clients, fulfilling high-volume, direct-hire orders.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of Job Orders across multiple high-volume projects.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key client contacts at all organizational levels.
  • Offering subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities and hiring strategies
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge and/or functional expertise.
  • Continuous cultivation and evaluation of new candidate sourcing opportunities.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluation of candidate prospects.
  • Matching and presenting a wide variety of candidate profiles and skill sets to open Job Orders under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain individual activity standards ensuring high-speed, high-quality service delivery.
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 or more years of professional recruiting experience preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Quick learners with a sense of urgency and a disposition.
  • Customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Technology forward orientation.
  • Ability to function effectively under deadlines
