This person should also be able to manage multiple projects and competing initiatives without letting anything slip through the cracks.**Primary Responsibilities & Objectives**+ As Content Writer, you'll be developing compelling marketing content that adheres to best practices and aligns with our strategy and goals. You'll write a variety of engaging content, including website content, marketing emails, blogs, infographics, videos, articles, and more.+ Craft content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, and sells across a variety of platforms+ Create and maintain a consistent editorial style and voice that reflects the brand vision+ Collaborate, brainstorm, and execute on campaigns and brand messaging strategies+ Conduct in-depth research and/or hold interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs)+ Uphold the highest writing and editing standards that empowers us to deliver pristine and compelling marketing**Basic Qualifications, Skills and Education**+ 3+ years of experience in content creation with proven success developing content for a varied audience, from millennials to seniors+ Self-starter, motivated, confident, and has ability to work independently as well as in a team environment+ A forward thinker who challenges the status quo and brings a fresh perspective+ Results-oriented with high expectations for quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and overall excellence+ Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills+ Strong knowledge of content marketing principles (including SEO), social media and digital marketing strategies, best practices, and analysis.+ Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience (Degree strongly preferred)\#LI-BF1ICE Mortgage Technology is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
