Advises company management on compensation policies and programs. Conducts analyses of jobs and salaries in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance. Makes recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs.The Main ResponsibilitiesPerform market analysis to assess compensation market trendsDetermine Company's competitive positioning by participating in compensation surveysInterpret and present dataProvide guidance to client groups and Talent Aquisition on pay decisions, policies and guidelinesConduct job evaluations for new and revised positions across brands and functionsEffectively communicate with business leaders and Talent Aquisition to educate on compensation programs and philosophyCollaborate with other Comp team members to provide issue resolutions to clients by recommending corrective or alternative actionsReview and approve salary actions to ensure adherence to policy and guidelinesParticipate in the development and maintenance of compensation data reportingConsolidate, interpret and present data analysis on a variety of compensation related topicsLeverage best practices and technology for continuous improvement in administration/processPlay an active role in group meetings/discussionsParticipate in special projects as needed.What We Look For in a CandidateFully seasoned with typically 5 years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.What to Expect NextRequisition #: 257767When applying for a position, you may be subject to a background screen (criminal records check, motor vehicle report, and/or drug screen), depending on the requirements for the position.
