REMOTE - Part Time Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Perrysburg, Ohio area

Depending on experience, $25-30/hour

Stable, established manufacturer is seeking a Part Time Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for hourly and salary staff. This position will be 90% remote. Daily you will be responsible for the following:

Manage the recruitment and hiring process for hourly and salary staff

Make recommendations for recruiting strategies

Conduct phone interviews and schedule onsite interviews for candidates 

Visit the manufacturing site to discuss new openings and meet with hiring managers 

Manage job postings 

Track and review metrics and KPIs for the hiring process 

Other tasks as assigned by management

Candidates should enjoy working in a team environment and taking ownership of projects. Individuals should be able to manage multiple projects at a time and have excellent time management and prioritization skill sets.

REQUIREMENTS for the Part Time Recruiter:
1. At least 2-3 years of solid recruitment experience 
2. Experience recruiting candidates within manufacturing and/or distribution 
3. Experience recruiting hourly team members 4. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office

1. HRIS systems
