As a Senior Product Designer at Numerator, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact, high-visibility projects. You will own every aspect of the design process on your projects, from journey-mapping to prototyping elegant user experiences. You will assist product teams by helping them navigate ambiguity through a full range of UX skills, with an emphasis on ideation, rapid-prototyping, and development of our design system. You are resourceful, motivated, and a self-starter who thrives on complex challenges. You have strong time management skills and are at ease communicating design decisions to your cross-functional stakeholders. You’re passionate about Design at Numerator and comfortable mentoring other designers, speaking to senior leadership, and generally evangelizing Design throughout the company at any given opportunity. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers, and report to the Head of Product Design.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seeks out and uses research and data to inform design decisions

  • Illustrates user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to inform and guide designs

  • Utilizes wireframes and prototypes to articulate complex design concepts

  • Iterates through design cycles quickly with stakeholders

  • Contributes to and advances the design system

  • Mentors and works alongside other designers to align processes and build consistency across products

  • Advocates best design practices across the organization (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) 

  • 3+ years of product design experience, preferably with enterprise-level and/or B2B software or equivalent experience

  • Strong understanding of data visualizations and their applications

  • Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe CC

  • Strong understanding of and experience contributing to design systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Passion for identifying and solving user problems

  • Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment
