JOB DESCRIPTION:

The responsibilities of the Client Delivery Leader for TPR include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a point of escalation and problem resolution in the case of delivery or downtime issues, working with Service Management and Application teams
  • Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all strategic roadmaps within the TPR portfolio, coordinating with the business and IS delivery.
  • Align the roadmaps with critical Strategic Vendors (as defined by spend and critical function), to deliver the best cohesive technical direction that takes advantage of all capabilities; push vendors for enterprise value, functionality, and innovation
  • Collaborate with the TPR Business Development and other IS Portfolio leaders as well as IS peers, to align this roadmap to enable budgetary, demand decisions, and governance
  • Identify TPR architecture gaps; help matrixed IS delivery leaders to bridge this gap within the roadmap, architecture, and service delivery solutions defined
  • Drive TPR and Tenet toward a mutually beneficial leverage of enterprise solutions
  • Serve as a cross-functional integrator across portfolios for enterprise architecture
  • Responsible for executive relationships, IT performance, and CxO communications
  • Responsible for the entire TPR IS budget, aligning with TPR CFO and Ambulatory VP, as well as the delivery groups within IS
  • Responsible for overall resource planning, as well as year over year efficiency; comprehend TPR growth strategy
  • Strengthen Demand Governance with executives, and institute reporting and dashboards that enable ELT visibility, in conjunction with the Data and Analytics or Service Management teams
  • Be the executive champion for the field (Patient and Healthcare provider) experiences, in conjunction with the Architecture and Engineering Portfolio Owners, Service Management (and their vendors), and Security technology TPR business leaders
  • Build and develop internal partnerships across key stakeholder groups to ensure deep connection points for developing and executing on initiatives.
  • Seek alignment and collaboration across the enterprise to bring together ideas to generate outcomes that are transformative


  • Qualifications:

    REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 10 years healthcare and business operations5 years leading in a clinical technology environment with a deep technical implementation experience
  • 5 years ambulatory healthcare management recent experience preferred
  • Experience as a clinician that has transferred emphasis on technology integration or implementation leadership
  • 5 years customer-facing experience required – experience with external and executive customers required
  • Financial Management experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have demonstrated experience working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Athena or Cerner preferred
  • Must possess an inquisitive and creative mind
  • Must be independent and self-directed but able to work and lead a matrixed team of creative individuals
  • Superior research and analytical skills to track and predict trends
  • Ability to be hands-on in the creation of healthcare product roadmaps, business plans, executive presentations
  • Must be able to work creatively within a budget and use innovation to find ways of more effectively managing resources.
  • Strong business knowledge, understanding of a variety of business practices, and familiarity with the company’s industry.
  • Must be able to collaborate with executives, creative teams, research and development, product development teams and handle ambiguity
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuasively sell ideas.
  • Senior executive and Board level communications skills required – the ability to express complex technical ideas and solutions in business terms with passion and conviction
