Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity in our People & Workplace (HR) team for an HRIS Analyst who is interested in joining a fast-paced and growing company.  You will be responsible for working with the business stakeholders to lead requirements gathering for system upgrades and enhancements as well as troubleshooting complex issues related to HR systems and HCM.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on projects to build and enhance system processes.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, analyzing system configurations, creating reports, designing workflows and monitoring data to effectively troubleshoot and solve problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and support complex configurations in Dayforce, including testing and validation of business processes, security roles, reports, and system integrations.
  • Lead and contribute to requirements gathering and documentation of system configurations.
  • Partner with P&W staff and/or vendors to analyze work process design and flow to improve processes and leverage technological capabilities.
  • Perform regularly scheduled audits to ensure data integrity and help streamline overall reporting needs for business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management and Agile methodologies.
  • Lead upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Ability to create prototypes and proof-of-concept documentation for driving new solutions.
  • Research and resolve HRIS problems, search out root causes, and unexpected results or process flaws; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Security role administration within HRIS with the ability to create roles, troubleshoot security flaws and monitor system status.
  • Ensure Data Integrity, accuracy, and security; enable data to be joined from multiple data-sources to leverage related information.
  • Generate advanced reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports/queries utilizing appropriate tools such as Dayforce, Tableau and MS SQL Server.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HRIS work experience implementing and supporting HR and Payroll processes; Dayforce HCM experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write and troubleshoot intermediate SQL procedures.
  • Proven understanding of databases, advanced reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Experience with Headcount reporting and trends using Tableau or other dashboard tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while working with teams to facilitate complex systems configurations.
  • Ability to influence others with the story you are seeing in the data.
  • Familiar with Human Resources policies and procedures and the impact these policies have on system configurations to meet regulatory and organizational goals.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to implement creative system solutions.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Business Administration.
