What you will do

As the Supply Chain Planner expert, you will independently deliver transformation across operations and ERP systems, including assessing current state processes and defining the future state of processes. You will also work as the liaison between the supply chain and finance departments.

How you will do it

  • Maintain financial, operational planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Conduct and create complex statistical value stream mapping and process assessment, data-driven analysis to identify areas of improvement
  • Partner closely with business leaders and controllers to define improvement plans and objectives aligned with the PBU strategy.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify risks and issues and recommend resolutions with solid problem-solving mindset and quality, lean, six-sigma approach.
  • Organize, prepare and execute the implementation of improvement projects with strong change management capabilities.  
  • Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics to integrate behavior data and business feedback into the process consistently.
  • Assist in creating business case analysis on automation solutions, and implement process simplification projects.
  • Execute on the company’s supply chain strategy
  • Establish inventory modeling programs focusing on inventory health, composition, and DIOH.
  • Perform analyses with this data using analytical models and mathematical-statistical analysis. Use analysis results to improve supply chain processes, performance and to reduce costs.
  • Communicate and explain statistical models and recommendations to diverse audiences.

What we look for

Required:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, business, information technology, or a related field; chartered accountancy / MBA is a plus.
  • 3-6 of experience working in the operations, planning, and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment with a high growth manufacturing, required
  • Functional knowledge in Finance, IT, Operations is required.
  • Experience in process transformation, business integrations, IT implementations & automation, project management, continuous improvement with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management, and Logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerBI, Power Automate, Teams, etc.
