This position will require outstanding leadership, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, collaboration and strong marketing, analytical and strategic product management experience. This Regional Marketing Liaison will be responsible for developing tailored strategies for key regional sales channels and customers and engaging with top Genitourinary Cancers (GU) scientific leaders. The Regional Marketing Liaison will also support headquarters marketing teams in regular projects and related responsibilities. This position will report into the Executive Director, Long Term Strategy and Regional Marketing Lead, Lung Cancer and will work in close partnership with marketing, select field-based employees, and other cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute a regional Genitourinary Cancers scientific leader and regional analytics plan.

  • Interact with national & regional Genitourinary Cancers scientific leaders to gather insights and understand regional drivers and barriers to develop strategies and tactics.

  • Utilize insights and understand implications to help build appropriate regional commercial strategies and tactics.

  • Develop tailored strategies for key sales channels and customers with assigned region.

  • Support scientific headquarters marketing team efforts through input sessions and assistance with conference planning.

  • Manage costs and budget in support of specific regional responsibilities and broader headquarters tumor needs.

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders.

  • Travel throughout designated region and at times, across the nation for business.

  • Education Minimum Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Required Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical business experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Marketplace Assessment, Development of Disease State and Product Strategy, Product Positioning, and Brand Marketing.

  • Skilled relationship building with Scientific Leaders.

  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communications, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinking.

  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and lead sub-teams in support of key marketing strategy areas.

  • High integrity, demonstrated commitment to compliance and doing things the right way.

  • Requires 50% travel, including overnight, and weekends.

  • Preferred Experience :

  • Pharmaceutical or Device Sales and Marketing Experience.

  • Oncology Product/indication launch experience in the US market.

  • Position Location: Virtual/Remote based; Company vehicle included.
