Specific Duties:
Work with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and sourcing strategies for both internal and external candidates.
Present pre-screened candidates to management.
Review compensation parameters and strategies with the hiring manager.
Assist manager in evaluating candidates.
Develop ongoing creative recruitment sourcing for open positions - this includes female and minority recruiting sources for underutilized job groups.
Develop veteran and disabled recruiting sources.
Develop cost effective recruiting strategies.
Validate accuracy of current job description(s).
Familiarity with Prescreen and disposition of unqualified candidates.
Manage candidate flow during the evaluation process.
Initiate offer processing including background and drug tests.
Work with other staffing professionals on large staffing projects.
Track applicant flow and maintain job files.
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
Works with less structured, more complex issues.
Serves as a resource to others.
Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
Translates concepts into practice.
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.
Almost exclusively recruits / sources candidates for positions at the Director level and above (salary grade 29+).
Sourcing for Software Engineers is required

Must have qualifications/experience:
BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
Staffing and recruitment experience required.
PHR, SPHR, CPC certifications are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions.
Proficient in Internet recruiting and sourcing.
Familiar with cold-calling as a sourcing method where appropriate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
Ability to multi-task and project manage as a part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to function in a multi-site environment.
Well developed administrative and follow-through practices.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of EEO and AA guidelines, specifically the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and possess very strong organization skills.
