This includes adhering to the project timelines, coordinating and overseeing the onsite construction process. You'll keep all of the players and partners aligned with effective communication between supply chain teams, vendors, general contractors, field leadership and project teams.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take the lead as you develop and manage scopes, budgets, and schedules; as well as direct, supervise, and control the construction, installation, architecture and engineering design milestones for assigned projects or programs to meet established goals and objectives. Using your skills and experience, you will assist with all aspects of the process. By reviewing and analyzing contractor bids, you will make recommendations and approve subcontractor bids, conduct contract negotiations, review and approve changes to the contract and applications for payments, and close out all necessary contracts. You'll conduct cross-functional meetings throughout the lifecycle of a project to monitor the activities and budgets of other departments that affect the project as well as ensuring that project milestones are being met. You will be responsible for project completion within approved budget which includes obtaining, reviewing, and maintaining the budget input from other documents. You will use your experience, knowledge and skillset to mentor and influence other team members.
