- 4+ years professional experience with Laravel
- Strong backend systems experience and web application development experience
- Familiar working on a high scale or rapidly growing web application
- Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment
- Familiarity with Rails or Django
- Hands on experience with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js & React.js
- Strong communication with a collaborative mindset
