Strategic Account Manager - Staffing (Remote) Job Locations US-CA-Irivne | US Job ID 2021-1713 # of Openings 1 Posted Date 3 days ago (4/12/2021 2:47 PM) Category 610 - Account Management Overview A Strategic Account Manager ("SAM") is responsible for maintaining regular contact with account base and increases revenue from positioning and demonstrating new and existing products, preparing appropriate ROI'sand providing proactive and strategic solutions to their clientele. The SAM drives sales revenue by building a relationship with key players within their accounts; penetrating the account at all levels and subsidiaries; becoming a trusted advisor on background screening services and related products to meet the needs of their accounts. The SAM stays in total engagement with the account during the final steps of the sales cycle, implementation and ongoing to secure their accounts for the long term. This individual will manage accounts within the Staffing vertical and those that are considered Enterprise-level accounts. You will work with the necessary internal resources to ensure fulfillment of our Staffing clients' requirements and are responsible for identifying key trends and best practices within the Staffing vertical to align with client needs to ensure we are a trusted and differentiated brand of choice. Responsibilities Develops corporate contacts and cultivates relationships at all levels that enhances Accurate Background's position, which leads to incremental business within the designated account base Prepares quarterly and annual business reviews and multiple year account plans for each account based on short, mid and long-range plans. Provides statistical usage reports for regular client meetings Regularly consult with account base of Healthcare clients to determine the best way to expand their portfolio of services to achieve their specific business objectives Negotiates pricing and implementation and prepares proposals for offering Accurate Background additional products and services (up-sells products and services) Analyzes client usage through reports and regular client contact and identifies potential opportunities or account issues and reports all activity to Key Stakeholders Profiles clients and strategically drives sales revenue through offering and selling product solutions, with new business units, divisions, client vendors both direct and indirect Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Staffing vertical both inside and outside the organization Works with internal and external resources, i.e. ATS providers on implementation of new services and/or integrations Responsibilities will include up selling and strategic account penetration Acts as lead on client-driven special projects Travel required 15-20% Note: Performs related duties as required or assigned Qualifications 5+ years Account Management in background screening industry supporting the Staffing industry Demonstrable track record of above target performance managing a portfolio of Staffing organizations consisting primarily of large, Enterprise-level accounts in a solution services model.
