Position Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Machine to drive the sales pipeline with several of our staffing placement categories. We provide offshore Specialists in many areas of the construction Industry as a supplement to their local teams as an immediate solution.

The successful applicant will be accountable for all aspects of the Sales Pipeline, our marketing team will provide leads, however you MUST be a cold caller. We use Salesforce for pipeline management. Team placement will require check-ins with clients on our teammates success and the service products will be managed by the services team leads. So, your job will be to source, sell, and manage the relationship.

The recent adoption of Remote work and the boom in construction means that every firm can use our help. The industry needs our services, and we are very successful at what we do. This is a fantastic opportunity to make good money and develop a large book of recurring revenue.

  • efficiently is a fully remote company, this is a permanent work from home remote position. There is minimal travel (conferences).
Responsibilities:
  • Developing new business through all the usual methods
  • Continually overachieve
  • Manage and develop client relationships
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM
  • Work with marketing team to refine messaging and client personas
Experience and Requirements:
  • Construction Industry experience preferred
  • Know how to sell like a machine
  • Dedicated to the numbers
  • Great people skills
