ERP Software Support Specialist – Remote Full-time Position


Leahy Consulting is a software consulting and development company that works with manufacturers and distributors to greatly improve their systems. We are the leading developer of add-on software for the Macola ERP market. We also have a product for the Dynamics GP market. Our leading product is the very innovative PULSE Dashboard & Reporting software.

 

Our business is growing and we are looking for the right person with in-depth manufacturing ERP and software support experience. This is a full-time remote position for someone who enjoys working with people. You will install software, assist customers answering day-to-day questions, conducting training, and develop custom reports for customers. All work can be performed remotely.

 

Qualifications and areas of responsibility

 

  • It is mandatory that you have at least 5 years of manufacturing ERP software experience.
  • You must have a thorough understanding of manufacturing and distribution business practices.
  • You must have report development experience.
  • Your job responsibilities will be varied but include software installations, answering day-to-day questions, conducting training, and developing custom reports for our PULSE Dashboard & Reporting software.

 

Required personal skills

 

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help people.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Accustomed to learning new skills and software.

We are also the leading add-on software vendor for the Macola ERP marketplace and have developed several products that add significant new capabilities. Our software products include PULSE Dashboard & Reporting, PULSE eCommerce, PULSE Lockbox, PULSE Archive, and PULSE Utilities. We are constantly developing new products to make ERP software easier to use and save time.

 

We recently also signed up to be an ISV for the Acumatica ERP software.
