We have Openings for our Dedicated Support Team.

  • * Must be available to start right away
  • * Must have open availability.
  • * Attendance is vital!
  • * This position entails handling inbound calls for a single dedicated account.
  • * This position will be starting as a long-term Temporary assignment, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with upset customers, and calm them down
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Prior call center experience in a high call volume environment preferred.
Applicants must be able to show empathy and keep a caller on track.

Job Requirements:
  • A strong, reliable, and hardwired internet connection. --- Minimum speeds of 20mbps download, 5mbps upload, and LESS than 50ms ping time is required! ----
  • A computer equipped with a fast processor and sufficient hard drive size. --- Computer with AT LEAST 8gb of Ram, Intel Core i3-7100 or AMD Ryzen3 1200 or better CPU / Processor, an SSD (Solids State Drive), Windows 10 OS X, Malwarebytes, ISP Speeds of 20mbps download, and 5mbps upload speed ---
  • Previous call center experience strongly preferred.
  • A high-quality USB headset for training and live calls
  • A quiet place to work at home with a locking door. It is critical to prevent background noise on calls by choosing a distraction-free area where callers cannot hear any sounds such as kids, barking dogs, traffic, doorbells, TVs, radios, etc.
The following shift is available :
Job Type: FT Temp, with the possibility of year-round position.
Shift: Full-time weekdays and weekends, hours vary (Morning and Evenings)
Pay rate: $ 11.50 an hour
TRAINING
  • Must be able to train during the week - Training takes place during the daytime hours, approximately 7 am-4 pm Pacific Time and then the regular/full-time shift will begin.
Experience:
  • Call Center: 2-5 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
