The Executive Vice President (EVP), MidAtlantic Region, Coldwell Banker, is a seasoned sales executive that is directly responsible for leading, growing, and inspiring the Mid Atlantic Region real estate brokerage professionals within Coldwell Banker. A strategic leader with a passion for the industry, obsession with growth, and desire to achieve and win as a team.

  • The Executive Vice President, Coldwell Banker for the Mid Atlantic Region oversees brokerage operations in geographies likely to include key markets in New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington DC, Northern VA, Central PA, Philadelphia and Wilmington DE with 100 offices and 8,000 agents generating more than $500 Million in revenue.
  • The successful EVP is an inspirational, growth-minded, senior executive responsible for achieving market share growth with financial and operational performance.
  • Reporting to the President & CEO, Coldwell Banker, the EVP will drive sales growth and internal operations, lead a direct report team of 3 Metro Presidents and their Regional Vice President teams, District and Branch Managers, and field sales support staff members, focusing on building high-performing teams that drive organic growth and maximize the territory’s market share and income growth.
  • The EVP is an integral member of the Coldwell Banker Executive Committee and as such plays a key role in developing national strategic plans that include innovative and dynamic approaches to the business to ensure we maintain and grow our strong advantage over the competition.
  • With overall responsibility for the Mid Atlantic Region, you also collaborate and work closely with Coldwell Banker Executive Committee members across the company who oversee other disciplines within the firm (Operations, Product, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, Human Resources).
  • A critical component of this executive role is to demonstrate key leadership competencies such as building capability, execution, and innovation, in addition to aspirational sales leadership.

  • Industry Thought Leader, with considerable progressive sales and management experience in residential real estate; Broker in Charge and previous brokerage management and/or real estate ownership preferred.
  • Leader and Coach, with proven ability to effectively manage all levels of the organization; train, motivate, and lead Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, District/Branch Managers, employees and sales associates in accordance with company practices.
  • Business savvy, with strong financial and operating acumen including demonstrated profit and loss responsibility, trending analysis, and operational improvement initiative execution.
  • Outstanding communicator, with excellent oral and written communication skills; influential speaker whether addressing large, public groups or individuals.
  • Technologically proficient and interest, with working knowledge of various platforms and use cases. Willing and able to lead by example in navigating, learning, and effectively using new programs and platforms, including social media.
