Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for recruitment in the Manhattan region. This position is fully remote however candidates must reside within a commutable distance to NYC. As we come out of the pandemic and it's safe to resume travel, this role will be responsible for traveling to local offices to meet with agents and prospects on an as needed basis.Corcoran is looking for a Recruiter to join our Agent Experience team! As an Agent Recruiter, you will be the "front lines" ambassador to new and experienced agents looking to transition to our growing firm! You are focused on providing an exceptional experience as they transition to our firm to grow their business.We are excited to teach you our value prop and recruitment marketing strategies to help you drive attraction to Corcoran. As we continue to grow, your outreach and sourcing efforts to increase recruitment pools and improved quality of new associations will be essential to our growth.
