- Responsible for creating business solutions to improve the overall efficiency, productivity, and management of our business.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and notifications that will create visibility into data and performance trends.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to discuss organizational needs and gather dashboard requirements.
- Assists in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision-making, efficiency, and performance.
- Communicate with business users to determine specific requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions. Determines what information is needed and defines how to present it effectively.
- Partner with business leaders to develop innovative ways to deliver dashboards, reports, and queries using tools such as Python and Microsoft's BI Stack (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SSAS, SSRS).
- Collaborate with members of the development team to develop reports and advanced analytics using data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, designers, user manuals, and data dictionaries.
The appropriate individual will have the following experience:
- Data extraction and manipulation, ETL techniques required
- T-SQL development
- Knowledge of development methods and techniques
- Knowledge of data structures
- Healthcare operations and IT experience or knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate concisely and confidently with all staff levels. Can clearly communicate instructions to remote users.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT or related field
