Position Overview: We’re seeking an *Onboarding Coordinator* to be a part of the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) Team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. In this role, you will be expected to manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/payrolled employees ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations. Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator: * Facilitate associate onboarding activities; including, required federal/state mandated documents such as Form I-9, Form W-4, State specific Tax Forms, client specifics documents, pre-employment screenings and other onboarding tasks as needed* Execute daily follow-ups to associates* Enter/update associate information into Atriums HRIS and timekeeping systems* Maintain/update Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress* Role consists of 100% account administration Qualifications for the Onboarding Coordinator: * Experience: 1+ years of work experience* Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaison with associates* Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and steps into the associate’s shoes and show you care* Curiosity: understand the associate with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping* Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating* Delight: constantly think about making associate happy and always go the extra mile* Problem Solver: adept at spotting issues and quickly suggest solutions* Diligence: thorough, meticulous, and have astonishing attention to detail* Positivity: warm, upbeat, and energizing and will brighten anyone’s day Education Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree is required Benefits: * Atrium Care package available, upon eligibility* You’ll be successful in this role* if you have strong customer service skills, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture.
