To learn more, visit .Job DescriptionThe US Contact Center Recruiter II develops and delivers effective talent acquisition and diversity plans and programs to source and manage a pipeline of candidates for the US Contact Center and acts as a talent acquisition business partner for this line of business.Job DescriptionDepth & Scope:Focuses on recruiting a for designated portion of the US Contact Center portfolioExperience recruiting for high volume portfolios preferredProvides training to others on best practices, processes, etc. as well as guide junior team members for the completion of business as usual functionsFocuses on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated mattersIndependently performs tasks from end to end, with minimal direction from managementRequirementsMust be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
