Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with React and/or Rails
- Team player with sense of ownership - Each developer is paired up with a partner for code reviews and overall support
- Ability to think like a Product Manager; i.e. consider the user experience in addition to executing code
- Unintimidated by the unfamiliar - You may be tasked with challenges that are new to you. This will help you get out of your comfort zone and become a better developer.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Rails
- Working knowledge of Redux
- Experience with React hooks
- Experience with Styled-Component
