This includes pricing and performance of contracts that involve the sale of Mammotome's products, to ensure high quality contracts that are effective, equitable and compliant. This individual will work closely with the Sales Organization, Corporate Account management as well as cross-functional departments such as Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to lead all aspects of the administration and analytics of IDN, GPO, Hospital and other sales contracts.All the responsibilities we will trust you withResponsible for drafting and/or reviewing contract T's in order to understand and revise them as needed to include business decision language and comments prior to Legal review.Serve as a partner and subject matter expert (SME) in contract performance and commitment reviews. Mentors and develops the sales team on how to negotiate contracts from a business perspective.Handle contractually required administrative fees and incentive rebate paymentsCalculate and process GPO Administrative Fee and Incentive Rebate reporting including calculating Fee and Rebate Monthly Accruals.Responsible for supporting and coordinating RFI's, RFP's, and contract submission, with the help of the Contracts Administrator.Effectively communicate with internal (and as needed, external) partners regarding contract and pricing status and basic terms.Run and analyze ad-hoc reports to support pricing and contract initiatives.Monitor and analyze contract compliance with Mammotome contracts and pricing processes and policies.Identify, & implement CLM solution for contract lifecycle managementFacilitate resolution of complex customer contracting & pricing related issues identified by customers, distributors, the sales team and/or customer serviceRun price loading, price maintenance and price increase processesYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:Bachelor's Degree Preferred2+ years relevant experience in contract management, pricing analysis, reporting and contract administrationExperience with coaching business side of negotiating contractsKnowledge of medical device industry, clinical laboratories preferredHigh degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe AcrobatSAP or other ERP systems - query / data mining / database management experience preferred10% travelCheck out our benefits here: you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
