Contracts Paralegal - In-House, Remote, Part-Time

Our client, a global fintech company, is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Paralegal or Contracts Manager to assist on a multi-month, part-time, fully-remote project.

The work will largely entail assisting with the preparation, review, and managed-to-signature of a large volume of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Additional responsibilities will include:

Preparing initial drafts of client/vendor agreements and amendments

Compare contract versions

Conduct research of client's contracts

Prepare/amend templates as needed

Job Requirements:

Minimum of five years relevant experience from a large corporate legal department or mid to large-sized law firm.
