**COPYWRITER - DIGITAL MARKETING (REMOTE)**RECRUITMENT MARKETING TEAM - RPOREMOTE ROLE | CONTRACT (long-term; conversion to staff a possibility in the future)**Join the Talent Solutions Recruitment Marketing Team as a Copywriter to create compelling advertising copy and support email and text campaigns!**In this role, the Copywriter, reporting to the Director of Recruitment Marketing, has responsibility for:+ Writing advertising copy for paid media and digital advertising campaigns that promote job openings and hiring events + Creating and adapting copy for landing pages with the goal of candidate lead generation + Developing and/or editing written copy and cadence for drip email and text marketing campaigns that live within our Talent Acquisition CRM + Developing and/or editing written copy for ad hoc email and text marketing campaigns + Collaborating with Designers, Digital Marketing Specialists, and Marketing Strategists to determine client needs, desired outcomes, and target audience(s)/candidate persona(s) in scope for campaign Functioning similarly to an in-house agency, the Recruitment Marketing Team is a one-stop-shop for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client delivery teams as they aim to quickly fill our clients' open job opportunities in a multitude of industries and geographic locations. Our team creates and executes innovative sourcing and candidate attraction strategies, manages ad spend for digital and traditional advertising and marketing campaigns, and provides creative lead generation services to fill candidate pipelines. Our team also supports event planning and event marketing for client's hiring events and job fairs.The Copywriter role is a full-time contract position and will work virtually from your home office.QualificationsRequired Experience:+ Exceptional understanding and application of English grammar and punctuation framework + Ability to pivot to different brand voices and write advertising messages that appeal to target audiences that may vary from client to client + Solid understanding of brand principles and brand messaging + Writing copy for B2C-focused short-form and digital advertising channels with the goal of lead generation + e.g., PPC (Pay Per Click) ads, social advertising, search marketing, etc. + Developing brand messaging for landing pages and microsites + Writing and editing copy for drip email and text/SMS (Short Message Service) marketing messages + Writing and editing copy for ad hoc email and SMS marketing campaigns + Experience working with marketing automation, CRM (Candidate Relationship Management), or related email marketing platforms Background and Personal Attributes:+ **Minimum of 3 years' experience as a copywriter for marketing or advertising** + Comfortable providing quick turnarounds on requests, prioritizing your workload, managing a multi-client portfolio, adapting and flexing to changing priorities and requests, and adhering to tight deadlines (agency setting) + Acute attention to detail + The dedication to autonomously check, double-check, and triple-check your own work for accuracy + Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and time management skills + Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, and clearly communicate tasks and progress to other team members + Self-driven and self-motivated, as this is a work-from-home opportunity **ADDITIONAL ROLE DETAILS** :Types of Tools You May Use:+ Microsoft Office and related-collaboration programs + Landing page and microsite builders + Project management platform + Talent Acquisition CRM and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) + Self-service ad buying platforms Desirable (but not required) Experience, Skills, and/or Background:+ Marketing or advertising agency/full-service agency experience + Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field + B2C marketing and advertising experience + SEO+ Recruitment or talent acquisition industry experience **About Talent Solutions**Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
