Opportunity for experienced 401k plan administrator to grow in to a manager level position at a TPA. This person will start as a plan administrator, managing a caseload of complex plans including audit sized plans, consulting with clients, conducting non discrimination testing, and preparing 5500s and other annual reporting. The caseload will be 50 - 70 plans. Once this person is comfortable in their role of plan administrator, they will transition to a manager level position. As a manager this person will have a much smaller caseload and will review the work of plan administrators. Depending on experience, this person could possibly have plan administrators reporting directly to them. 

The successful candidate will currently work at a TPA and want to work at a TPA that is well respected for doing top quality work.

--10+ years plan administration experience in a TPA

--Relius experience helps but is not required

--Desire to move into a management position after 1 - 3 years

--Ability to work 100% remotely
