Please also apply if you don't fit the role 100% - we would love to get to know you!We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Development Manager who joins Culturly as the 1st operational employee (next to 2x founders and 3x product people), is passionate about tech and can lead the way through the uncertainties of an early stage start-up.Your skill set should be a hybrid between an enterprise sales person (enjoy outbound sales) and a growth marketing person (multi-channel B2B campaigns). Whether you acquired those skills as an employee, entrepreneur, solopreneur, freelancer (...) does not matter to us.You take full ownership to set and execute the vision on how Culturly products are experienced digitallyYou combine data + creativity to build an effective multi-channel B2B campaign structure (In the beginning, probably a mix between Outbound, Google AdWords, Linkedin Campaigns)You love growing Weekly Active Users (our main KPI) through whatever method works best. For this, you come up with creative ideas & test those on the runYou are willing to leave your comfort zone frequently because you will do a lot of things you've never done beforeYou have at least 3+ years of relevant experiences in the B2B software environmentNo requirements but definitely a plus if you bring this to the table:You have startup experiences (preferably VC-backed)You have worked in the HR software spaceYou have remote-first experiencesCULTURLY BERLIN, HAMBURG, REMOTE VOLLZEIT PROFESSIONAL (2 - 5) AB SOFORT
