With your strong analytical skills, unwavering commitment to quality, and collaborative work ethic, you'll do great things here at Realogy.What you'll do:As a Sr. Data Analyst at Realogy, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytic and technical skills to bring out insights and solutions from our Enterprise Analytics Platform that will meet the needs of millions of agents, brokers, home buyers and sellers. You will work with cross-functional teams and individuals to bring data to life through business intelligence reports, machine learning models, and mobile apps. Along the way, you will be a primary resource for our Enterprise Data Management strategy, ensuring high quality and well-maintained data exists for all consumption needs. In this role you will:Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with report developers and business stakeholders to define data needs and reporting requirementsWork with data engineers and architects to design and develop data marts within a next-gen Enterprise Data WarehouseDefine, develop, and validate ETL transformation logic to populate data mart dimensions and factsUse open-source scripting languages to analyze and profile diverse, complex, structured and unstructured data sources and platformsInitiate and own analyses that extend value of data to drive new insights and data solutions/productsBe an internal ambassador for alignment to data management strategy including data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineageDeliver mechanisms to measure and report on data quality within the EDWExperience, skills, accomplishments we are looking for:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical discipline or equivalent combination of training and experienceAt least 7+ years of experience in SQL and at least one other scripting language e.g., Python, RAt least 5+ years of experience in querying, analyzing, working with data processing libraries, platforms, and toolsAt least 3+ years of experience with a cloud data warehousing platform e.g., Snowflake, RedshiftExperience utilizing and developing with AWS services, e.g., Athena, Glue, RDS, etc.Understanding of data flows, data architecture, ETL and processing of structured and unstructured dataExperience delivering data governance and quality management concepts and practicesExperience with full-featured BI platforms/tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.Ability to learn new technologies and evaluate multiple technologies to solve a problemAbility to iterate quickly in an Agile development processInnovative thinking and collaborative problem solving with an entrepreneurial spiritExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.Remoteworking requires 50 MB download and 7 MB upload internet speed.#LI-KD1#LI-Remote About UsRealogy Holdings Corp.(NYSE: RLGY) is the leading and most integrated provider of U.S. residential real estate services, encompassing franchise, brokerage, and title and settlement businesses as well as a mortgage joint venture.
