Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization's success.The Senior Associate is responsible for governance related to products supported by third-party vendors.Role Description:The Senior Associate is responsible for governance related to products supported by third-party vendors.The Senior Associate is expected to be a subject matter expert in risks and controls, procedure coordination and facilitation, exam coordination, and issues identification and validation. The role is expected to build strong working relationships with product owners, operations, third-parties, Audit, and Compliance.Responsibilities: Evaluates, integrates, and aligns new processes and controls into the existing business environment to ensure operational compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency. This includes identification and validation of key controls and emerging risks.Proficient at identifying, assessing, documenting, and testing key risks and controls.If control or compliance gaps are identified, this individual is responsible for tracking these observations internally and working with the business unit and third-party key stakeholders to remediate and perform validation.Schedules meetings with departments and supervisors, as necessary, to provide information on control, compliance, and operational changes that may affect them.Act as a Business Unit Administrator for SharePoint procedure workflows.Work closely with Bank assurance groups during reviews.Collaborate with key stakeholders on risk mitigation solutions.Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationshipsComplete special projects as assigned within allotted time framesBe accountable for continuous best efforts to complete the job assignedExercise a willingness to be a resource to colleaguesWork with outside departments and vendorsPractice Bank values and support the goals and strategic planBe proactive and respectful in all relationshipsMaintain constructive working relationshipsDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience requiredProcess management experience in an internal control capacity such as audit, risk management, business operations, compliance, or process controlsAbility to analyze complex problems from multiple viewpointsAbility to identify and recommend objective resolutions to problems and risk analysisStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskAbility to prioritize and effectively work with others at all levels across the organizationStrong verbal and written communications skillsWorking knowledge of ArcherWorking knowledge of SharePointEquity, Diversity, & Inclusion:FNBO is committed to belonging, inclusion, diversity and equity.
